We are happy you are considering a stay with us. Here are a few things that can be helpful to know as you make your booking.

Check-in
16:00–19:00 at Hagegården Retreat Hotel (includes guests staying at Bergamon Hostel – Brunskogs Vandrarhem). Guests should advise if arriving later and will be provided with a direct phone number they can call outside of hours.

Upon check-in guests are required to present valid photo identification and a credit card for any incidentals.

Check-out
Before 10:00 on day of departure.

Payment
We accept on-site payments by most credit/debit cards and Swish, but no cash.

Children
We don’t charge extra for children (0-3 years old) who stay with their parents in their bed. If a baby bed is required, there is a small extra fee. Children over 3 years should be booked as adults.

Dogs
Hagegården Retreat Hotel is a pet-free environment. Bergamon Hostel – Brunskogs Vandrarhem has rooms that can accommodate dogs with a fee for extra cleaning.

Amenities at Hagegården Retreat Hotel include
Parking, WiFi, hairdryer, shower soap, access to iron, ironing board and laundry facilities, robe and slippers for spa.

Allergies
Let us know when you make your reservation if you have any allergies we need to be aware of and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate them.

The restaurant has gluten-free options available upon request. If you have other allergies or dietary concerns, the kitchen will be happy to provide information about ingredients in the various dishes so you can choose what is appropriate for you.

Smoke- and alcohol-free environment
Hagegården Retreat Hotel and Bergamon Hostel – Brunskogs Vandrarhem are smoke- and alcohol-free environments.

Guest kitchenettes
At Hagegården Retreat Hotel, guests are always welcome to help themselves to a cup of hot herbal tea in the guest kitchenette. Simple foods or drinks can be prepared here if you are hungry for a snack between meals. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave and tea cooker. There is a small cozy dining room just off the reception.

At Bergamon Hostel – Brunskogs Vandrarhem there are small, fully equipped kitchenettes where guests can prepare their own meals. These kitchenettes are shared and we ask that you clean up after yourself for the comfort of the other guests.

Charging for electric vehicles
We currently do not have facilities to charge electric vehicles. The nearest charging stations are in Arvika.

Damages
We are sure you will do your best to take good care of your accomodations while here, but please remember that guests will be held responsible for any damage to the rooms or furnishings caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible. This includes loss or damage to keys.

Insurance
LifeStyleSTAY is not responsible for nor insured for your personal belongings and valuables such as money, jewelry, electronic devices, etc. left in your room or other places.

Lost and found
If you think you have forgotten something at LifeStyleSTAY, please contact us with a description of the item(s), the date of your stay and your room number. A flat rate of 200 kr for shipping within Sweden will be charged. After 30 days, items will be donated to charity or disposed of.

Our LifeStyleVIEW magazine is filled with articles and information to provide inspiration and motivation, and as a thank you for your stay with us, you will receive a free print subscription up to four times a year. This subscription can be cancelled at any time.
