Here are a few important things to know about your reservation, like when to pay, cancellations and refunds. We hope this will be helpful. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.

Non-Refundable Web Rate
This is a discounted rate where you take the risk. Money will not be refunded for any reason if you don’t show up (even if you notify us ahead of your arrival time). Prepayment of 100% at time of booking is required to hold your reservation.

Standard Rate
We understand that sometimes unforeseen things happen and you may have to cancel your reservation. With our Standard Rate you pay a 20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to hold reservation. Remaining 80% is due 21 days before arrival (if not paid in full at time of booking), but will be refunded if canceled more than 48 hours before check-in (16:00).

Retreat Packages
On these package a 20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to hold reservation. Remaining 80% is due 21 days before arrival (after which it is non-refundable). Can be rebooked due to sickness with a doctor's certificate, if notified more than 48 hours before check-in (16:00). There is a 20% rebooking fee, and new booking must be within same season. You will find the details of what is included on the Retreat Packages page.

Reservations
We retain the right to change or cancel any reservation if it appears, to our judgement, to contain or result from fraud, illegal activity, mistake or error.
